BBCC Repair & Replace Roofs in Buildings 1600, 1700, & 1800

Work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Building 1600 roof is approximately 18,560 square feet. Work consists of, but is not limited to, remove existing roofing assemblies to existing insulation, removing metal coping at parapet walls, salvage/replacement of roof drains, and salvage/replacement of vents. New membrane roofing system, walk pads, metal flashings/copings/trims, access ladders, associated vents/penetrations, and roof drains. 2. Building 1700 roof is approximately 16,500 square feet. Work consists of, but is not limited to, remove existing roofing/insulation assemblies to concrete roof deck, metal roofing, remove existing ladders, remove existing exposed drainage systems (scuppers, conductors, downspouts, etc.), removal of miscellaneous metals, and salvage/replacement of vents. New membrane roofing system, new metal roofing system, walk pads, metal flashings/copings/trims, exposed drainage systems (scuppers, conductors, downspouts, etc.), access ladders, and associated vents/penetrations. 3. Building 1800 work consists of, but is not limited to, repairing existing roof drains.
