GC/CM Services for Northeast Middle School

Spokane Public Schools is requesting proposals for the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the new Northeast Middle School using the procedure permitted under Chapter 39.10 of the RCW, as amended, for selected school projects for public works contracting in lieu of sealed bids. The project will construct a new a new Middle School consisting of a new 140,000 square foot school facility along with playfields and parking lots. The total estimated cost of the project is $49,000,000.
