CVCH Chelan Clinic Expansion (GC Select) - ARI

The CVCH Chelan Clinic Expansion Project is an interior renovation to the existing facility, as well as a building expansion of the existing West medical wing. The addition contains space for medical services. The building expansion’s shell is steel column and beam walls with steel infill and a metal roof with rigid insulation and membrane roofing. Floor is slab-on-grade. Interior walls are metal framed with gypsum wallboard.
