The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Renovation of the existing housing unit building on campus. Renovation includes but is not limited to the following: a. New light fixture. b. New showers in existing dayrooms, c. New casework. d. Re-roofing of existing building where PVC membrane is located. e. Renovation to existing finishes throughout as indicated on contract documents. f. New laundry room and equipment. g. Security controls upgrade and renovation.
