Runway 14L/32R Line-of-Sight Rehabilitation Project

The scope of work includes: 1. Reconstruction of approximately 3,900 feet of runway, including removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavements, excavation, grading, sub-grade preparation, recycling of concrete for project use, placing base material, asphalt paving, concrete panel replacement, and pavement markings. 2. Grooving of new asphalt pavement. 3. Stormwater drainage. 4. Development of onsite waste site for placement of excavated soil. 5. Replace runway and taxiway lighting. 6. Replace and upgrade taxiway signs. 7. Replace existing Runway End Indicator Lighting System (REILS). 8. Installation of an infra-red lighting system for military use. 9. Replace and/or install new electrical cables, conduits, constant current regulator, and various electrical components.
