Wal-Mart Remodel #1947-234 (Sub-Bids - Sletten Construction) - Omak
This is project part of the third and final round of remodel projects that Sletten is negotiating with Wal-Mart this year. This project is in Omak, WA and is the limited scope remodel of the existing 187,000 sf store. Work includes selective demolition, installation of new bollards and textured sidewalk areas at the entry and exits at the front of the store, updating of the parking lot signage, striping & signage for the OGP stalls, a partial exterior re-paint, removal and replacement of the sidewalk-to-building caulk joint and the building expansion joints, installation of wall laminate and corner guards, rack anchoring, VCT conversion and slab polishing will be done by Wal-Mart's preferred flooring contractor, interior painting, ceiling cleaning, selective ceiling tile replacement, minor remodel of the Breakroom, Restrooms, AP, Pharmacy, Vision Center and Courtesy areas, installation of a new Mother's Room and OGP Pickup room, refrigeration and EMS including replacement of the Deli lineup, conversion to 2x2 lights in the Deli & Bakery areas, new Produce lighting, installation of can lights in the restrooms, substantial sprinkler head replacement and installation of air vents, and minor upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. This project is scheduled to start on 7/14/2019 and be completed by 10/3/2019. The store will be operational at all times and all interior work will take place at night and all Walmart compliance requirements will be in effect.
