Courthouse Elevator Replacement 2019 - Pend Oreille County
Replace the current elevator to the new manufacture’s installation instructions, to ensure compliance with the more stringent of all applicable Federal, State and Local Jurisdictional codes, along with the most current ADA requirements. Contractor will use existing hoist way and mechanical room. All components shall be new. No used parts or previously installed parts will be accepted. The Contractor shall act in the capacity of a general contractor, and this proposal shall act as a submission for providing an all-inclusive, complete and owner approved system. The following shall be included, but not limited to: 1. Procure and install the following: A) New lifting mechanism. B) Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulic System. C) Car. 2. Battery backup operation. 3. Existing elevator system-Complete removal & disposal. 4. All design & engineering, including engineered drawings (2 sets paper and 1 electronic) and As-Built drawings (1 paper and 1 electronic). 5. All necessary permitting/inspections. 6. All electrical work necessary to complete the project, including HVAC, low voltage. 7. All carpentry work necessary to complete the project including paint, carpet, fixtures, plumbing. 8. Minimum 12-month warranty on parts & labor (or longer if offered by manufacturer) from date of project acceptance. 9. 60-month inspection/service plan, with 60-month extension option.
