This project involves the interior remodeling of selected portions of the Pasco City Hall Building. The total area involved is approximately 19,400 square feet. This area is broken up between three floors. The Project is to be completed in five phases. • Phases one, two, and three = Areas as designated on the drawings on the ground floor. • Phases four and five = Areas as designated on the drawings on the second and third floors.

There will be a pre-bid conference for all Contractors wishing to attend at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Attendance is not mandatory. The conference will be held at the Pasco City Hall Council Chambers, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, WA.
