The improvement of Green Avenue, a new collector road in Ellensburg, Washington, by constructing a new roadway and associated roadside features, extending utility services along US-97 and along Green avenue, constructing a new irrigation ditch, storm water detention ponds, landscaping, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, provisions and specifications.
