Lacey HQ Roof Replacement - Distribution

a. Remove and replace existing EPDM roofing assembly including associated rigid insulation and flashings with new fully adhered single-ply roofing system including new coverboard & rigid insulation. b. Clean and vacuum existing roof surface, removing all materials and dirt to prepare for recover application. Provide a smooth clean surface for construction of new roofing system. c. Rehabilitate existing roof drains. d. Replacement of certain existing sheet metal copings, roof flashings and accessories including mechanical equipment curb flashings. e. Power wash precast concrete wall panels at mechanical equipment penthouse enclosures.
