RFP - Spokane Public Library User Access Control System

Provide a complete and properly operating user access control system. The system shall allow authorized access via designated entry points and shall regulate unauthorized access. The system shall be microprocessor-based, designed for the application, and shall be of modular design to facilitate both expansion and service.
