The scope of work includes but is not limited to: a. Demolition of existing asphalt paving. b. Grading and installation of grass seeding. c. Installation of fencing associated concrete footings and gates. d. Installation of bollards. e. Removal of existing wood deck and stairs. f. Installation of wood deck, wood stairs, and wood ramp, including associated railings. g. Removal and replacement of existing interior finish flooring. h. Installation of doors and associated casing and trim. i. Installation of plumbing fixtures. j. Installation of joint sealers. k. Selective removal and replacement of existing stucco, including painting of areas of stucco replacement. l. Removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment. m. Removal and replacement of existing electrical equipment and fixtures. n. Demolition of existing interior relites. o. Infill and patching of interior walls. p. Selective demolition of existing interior and exterior doors and frames. q. Installation of interior and exterior doors and frames. r. Installation of walls and furring. s.
