Spokane Gun Club - Shooting Sports (GC Select)

Construction of a 4,500 sf Clubhouse, 1,700 sf Storage and Maintenance Facility, Seven Trap and Three Skeet Shooting Fields with a 5-Stand Shooting Location, and a Fifteen Station Sporting Clay Course. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and complete interior fit-out are included in the Contract. Site improvements include development of approximately 21 acres of the site for a sport field, vehicle parking, temporary RV Parking, and landscaping.
