Centralia College - Multiple Buildings Roof Replacement & Repair
Provide the labor and materials to remove and replace existing roofing on all or portions of roofs on Hanson Hall, Michael Smith Gymnasium, and Washington Hall. Work on Hanson Hall also includes removal of the existing packaged rooftop heat pumps and installation of new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, and rooftop-mounted Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) unit, and related modifications.
